Cozy hotel in a great location

Pros: The staff are so friendly and really made us feel welcome. We loved the juices they offered us after a long day of being in the hot sun. We also really liked the rooftop pool that had views of the fortress. The location is outstanding.

Cons: The shower's hot water was closer to luke warm. Some of the facilities looked like they needed some care.

Pros: It’s really nicely decorated, the breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful, roof terrace is nice too with an amazing view of the castle. It’s slightly quieter as it’s on the edge of Getsemaní which was good, and easy walk to the castle or to the old town

Pros: The staff went out of their way to help. The location is great and rooms really comfy. Nice view from the rooftop.

Lovely stay

Pros: Great location, v close to centre and restaurants/bars. Well equipped room (hairdryer, kettle, fridge, safe). Comfortable bed. Coffee and juice always available. Lovely view from the terrace.

Nice accommodation

Pros: Warm welcome at check-in, they offered coffee and umbrellas to go out as it was unseasonally pouring rain. Nice design, fruit complimentary if you need a snack. Room was nice, might feel small if you stay more than 2 nights but it was a good option for us.

Cons: We took the last available table at breakfast, which wasn't set so we felt a bit left aside but all good apart from this small detail!

Wonderful guest welcoming

Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcomed. Furthermore, there is a nice terrace on top of the hotel with a view of the fort and the breakfast is great!

Cons: The street where the hotel is located itself is a bit less nice (e.g., some rubbish), though just across the street is the city wall and around the corner there are all the great locations of Getsemani.

Pros: Super kind staff, great hosts. Good breakfast, and the best is the location. We had a direct view from the balcony to the Castillo San Felipe and all good restaurants and sights are in 10-15min walking distance. Hot water in the shower. Good price. Staff even helps to carry the bags up the stairs as I read in the comments that this could be an issue. They gave us good recommendations on where to go eat, the area feels very safe even to walk at night. They have a nice Terrasse and a great View

Cons: Nothing to complain. If you plan to have a well priced stay in Cartagena city it is a good option. Not too luxurious, but clean and cozy in perfect location. Be aware that party buses pass by in the late hours and it can be a bit noisy if you go to bed before 12pm. But then it gets very quiet

Pros: Very friendly staff and owner. The terrace is lovely. Room was dark, clean and cool which was perfect in the heat. Lovely breakfast.
