Great location

Pros: The location is great! The hotel is in walking distance to both the old town and the Bodegutia Port (departure point for boats to Isla Barú and the Rosarios). The pool area is also fantastic and offers amazing views! It was clean and the staff was very attentive.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small.

Perfect location in Cartagena

Pros: Entering the hotel feel like a calm Oasis in vibrant Cartagena. Special thanks to reception and concierge staff, they definitely were the nicest people and made us feel so welcome! Great location for walking into old town and to the ferry services. Beautiful rooftop overlooking the harbour, great for a relaxing swim.

Cons: Cleanness of the windows and functionality of the lights could be checked, and some of the staff at restaurant and rooftop bar didn’t always feel friendly

Pros: The breakfast is excellent and included with your stay. The roof top has a nice pool and bar. The rooms were very comfortable. THe staff is very frindly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel near the old town and port

Pros: The property is at a great location. The rooftop pool has a great view of the skyline and is close to the port. The rooms are super comfortable.

Pros: Location, swimming pool, staff.. the breakfast and pool staff, particularly Maria Fernanda, were great (she was understanding and accommodating of dietary restrictions)

Good stay

Pros: It was nice and clean. Good reactivity for baby bed modification. Location is good, no noise from the lively Cartagena. Good breakfast.

Cons: I tried to get a computer for some administration stuff, nobody helped. We tried also to have dinner at the hotel but the staff did not come to us so we finally left for a restaurant in the street.
