Pros: The building itself is wonderful, so we’re our rooms, even better than expected. The swimming pool. The location.

Cons: The lugging the luggage to the third floor and no help offered

Perfect location and big rooms (but pay attention to ask a room in the first floor)

Pros: The hotel is nice with a perfect location. The room was comfortable and big but we were suprised to get a room with a tiny window in the living room and no windows in the bedrooms (then there was a humidity smell). I advise to ask a room in the first floor..

Cons: That there wasn’t windows in the bedroom. Important to ask for a room with windows (in the first floor not in the ground floor)

Pros: Great location and good value. Swimming pool and air conditioning was very welcome

Pros: Good location, short walk to main area and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful prior to arrival, gave restourant recomendations and sourced taxi from airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good AC. Pool area nice.

Cons: Our shower kept tripping the power which was frustrating. Though staff tried to remedy this, the issue continued during our stay. It would have been nice if coffee would be provided in the rooms.

Pros: Very good location. The room was very spacious and comfortable! The building in general was kept very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons: We were expecting some kind of bar or even a place where we can buy water or some drinks around the swimming pool area but there was none. And also despite the staff being friendly, they didn’t know english so we had to use translator most of the time

old style and colour was very charming,

Pros: Location was great, the place was very charming, I love the old tiles.... the staff was really nice.

Cons: A few chairs on the balcony would have been nice. The smaller bedroom didn't contain a window

Amazing spacious apartement in the center of Cartagena.

Pros: 24/7 security at the door which gave us a very safe feeling. The apartement was amazing. It was spacious, clean, unique and the airconditioning was very good (which was needed because Cartagena is quite hot). Also the personnel was very friendly and helped us with all questions.

Cons: The kitchen missed some key elements such as enough cutlery, a kitchen towel and some extra plates.

Quiet comfortable hotel a close distance to the city's main attractions

Pros: Great location close to the walled city. Lots of local bars and cafes with busier areas walking distance away. Nice small swimming pool area on rooftop.

Pros: Large flat in a really lovely location. Easy to get to all the best spots in Cartagena by foot. Flat was nicely decorated and really comfy
