Perfect! Wonderfuly staff!

Pros: I have stayed in several hotels in Cartagena and this one is by far my favorite. It will be my go to place to stay from now on. The hotel iteself is stunning. Every detail is perfect but the staff are so welcoming that you really feel like you can relax there and nothing is too precious. I was there with my 15 year old son and he loved it, The service was very attentive without being overbearing. The pool is divine. We spent many hours having delicious drinks by it and the staff are happy to move the lounge chairs around to chase the sun. The neighbourhood is so charming and on a quite street but still in the middle of everything. Big thanks to Eduardo, Dolly, Carlos, German, Katherine, Julian and Nans for making our stay so special.

Pros: Absolutely stunning colonial property with perfect attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Beautiful pool area, excellent breakfast, and a luxurious yet intimate atmosphere - one of the most charming hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

Perfection at Pestagua

Pros: We had the most wonderful time at Casa Pestagua and the highlight really is the staff, but nothing is a miss here. Big shout outs to Katherine, Nurys, Carlos, Brando, German, Eduardo, Roberto and Luis Felipe - you all went over and above for us and it was noticeable

Cons: There wasnt anything we didn't like - you really do get what you pay for. One thing to note for breakfast would be asking specifics around the bread and fruit trays per table to help eliminate food waste

Pros: The hotel is truly exceptional from the look and feel of, to the location, staff, facilities and food. The little touches like Ortiga products in the bathroom and bedtime treats., not to mention wine o’clock.
