Great hotel with amazing staff.

Pros: The hotel is spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfasts in the courtyard. Great location with an easy walk to many attractions.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a strategic location to visit all the main attractions of the city, both during the day and at night. The property itself is delightful, with a charming colonial style that lets you fully immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Cartagena. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness. The services are excellent as well: the international breakfast was well-prepared and delicious. A special thanks to the staff, who welcomed and supported us throughout our stay with dedication and an impeccable attitude.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was very delicious and nicely presented. Loved the historic building

Cons: Our first room was very small and we asked for a bigger room which they gave us for the same price. Our second room was much bigger. We don't know if many of the rooms were small but it's best to look at the room online if you can just make sure you have enough space. The shower in our room would fill up with a lot of water and Escape into the main bathroom a little bit.

A great Boutique hotel with fantastic staff!

Pros: This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Located in old town and on a nice quiet street but within 3 minute walking to all the main attractions. Also within a5 minute area are some amazing restaurants. The most amazing part of this hotel is their staff. Right from arriving Ricardo at the reception, Isabella at the restaurant serving us breakfast, the lady (Eileen) at the bar and the lady who cleaned the room. We loved the warmth showed by the team. Everything was spot on including the 4 AM taxi to the airport. This is a great hotel and has lots of history and character. The hotel also has a boutique wine store that does amazing tapas and wine. We did a lunch at the Happy Wine store and it was totally worth it. We look forward to staying here the next time in Cartagena.

Pros: A localização é espetacular, assim como a acomodação dos quartos, roupa de cama e qualidade na estrutura do hotel. Porém o que fica BEM A DESEJAR é o café da manhã, além de ser lá carte, poucas opções e o pior, sem opção de repetir! Isso achei bem ruim. Porque é uma diária cara para não ter um café da manhã apropriado para o hotel. A comida é deliciosa, porém muito limitado e não opção de repetir. O resto é maravilhoso.

Hotel mit viel Charme, klein, zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Pros: Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen, schönes Hotel im Kolonialstil, komfortable Zimmer, feines Frühstück und tolle Unterstützung durch Bryan und Dylan bei allen Fragen. Ein Besitzerwechsel steht noch vor Ende 2025 bevor.
