Casa Claver Loft Boutique Hotel

Really fantastic stay, we all loved it very much & hope to come back very soon

Pros: Perfect location, friendly and helpfull staf, lovely breakfast, just a wonderful boutique hotel.

Cons: We had issues with warm water, but we stayed in a room with two bathrooms, so we all showered in the bathroom that had warm water.

Great location, loved the rooftop pool to cool off and big room for our family of four.

Pros: Great location, middle of the old town, with a super nice little pool to relax after a hot day walking around!

Cons: The breakfast is being served in the rooms, but the tables for it are a bit too small. We had our breakfast at the main area, but it's the same area where the staff is getting together afterwards for meetings and doing phone calls, which is a bit weird to have it as a common use for staff and guests. Breakfast was okish, not special, but just ok.

Pros: Location was great. On a quiet street but really close to all the fun stuff. Breakfast is brought up to the room. nice spread. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: nothing.

Amazing value for money and a welcome oasis

Pros: I couldn't believe how spacious our room was, especially considering the price! And with the location being on a central but much more peaceful street, it truly felt like an oasis from the hectic town. Also the free included breakfast was great both in sheer portion and taste.

Bigger and better than expected.

Pros: Perfect location. Inside the walled city - right near Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe, and plenty of other restaurants, cafes, bars, anything you could want. Probably the best located hotel in Cartagena. 5 minutes from the Port if you need to take a boat ride somewhere. As a Westerner, I found this to be the best location to be in Cartagena. Safe and secure, huge pool on the roof, massive loft apartment with lobby, laundry, kitchen, master bedroom, lounge, and more. You can walk everywhere, and the streets are beautiful.

Cons: It was perfect.

Lovely boutique hotel in the city center

Pros: The location is great, within the historic center. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were very big and comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely, pool area was great and the most comfy bed.

Cons: Pool area got crowded when a few families stayed there

Beautiful property, wonderful rooftop pool with view, room and breakfast outstanding/

Pros: The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding -- brought to the room each morning and very, very tasty. Staff (especially Benjamin) were very attentive. The location, especially if you take boat trips to Rosario Islands, is ideal. The walled city is easy enough to move around no matter your location.

Cons: Had some communication issues during the evening shift...in part because our Spanish was not great and in part because the night crew's English was worse than our Spanish. No wifi one day, but that was not directly the fault of the property. It felt like they were understaffed a bit but then again I am unsure how many other customers they had also staying there.
