An excellent hotel with amazing facilities in a really convenient location

Pros: the hotel was really conveniently positioned in the old town. roof top bar and pool were N unexpected bonus. Room was huge and beautiful. Peruvian restaurant attached service fantastic food and the breakfast (included in the room rate) was superb

Amazing facilities and location

Pros: Great location, inside the old city, walking distance to main monuments and tour activities/pick up areas (Isla de Rosario port, chivas tour, monuments tour, old city tours). Walking distance to great restaurants and colonial streets. Great breakfast selection and best dinner on the roof top which has 360 views of the old city.

Great!!!

Pros: I always stay there on my last night before returning home. The rooftop with a swimming pool is amazing. Rooms are large and very comfy . Location is the best you can get in Cartagena . You can even see the famous Torre Del Reloj. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Cons: Recently the upper management decided that you need to install the app and use it to open the door instead of a normal key card . It takes time to install this app and in my case the app didn't work at all . Also when your phone battery dies at the end of the day, you can't use the app to open the door anyway and you need to ask Front Desk for help . I hope they will start using the regular key cards again . P

Pros: Lovely staff. Free shuttle to the airport, the shuttle driver was a gem, I did not specify the correct terminal and he went out of his way to get me to the correct place.
