Optimal for conference and some rest days

Pros: Excellent service: the staff is very friendly and cheerful, the food is delicious, and the beach truly lives up to its name. Everything was great; I will definitely return. I have just a few minor suggestions (and I emphasize they are minor) that I share only to help improve an already outstanding experience. My compliments to the staff.

Cons: I recommend adding extra support at checkout. With one more staff member, the line would have moved faster, helping reduce delays with taxi drivers. The gym, though small, is functional and one of the best among hotels in the area. However, it needs maintenance: some dumbbell pairs are missing, and the machines require mechanical and electronic servicing. Given how busy it was every day during my stay, I believe an upgrade to a larger space would be beneficial. There appears to be some room to expand, either by relocating the shop or extending toward the events area.

Excellent beach resort pretty much what we expected.

Pros: Very good beach resort - welcome relaxation break after our Ciudad Perdida trek. Private beach & lovely pool deck. Decent gym (excellent by local hotel standards). Lovely rooms and very friendly staff.

Cons: We stayed in peak season so cost was out of line with our other hotels across Colombia. Bizarrely close to the airport and right in flight path on take off: google maps shows the beach about 700m from end of runway so planes often still have their landing gear out when they fly over. We quickly got used to this and wasn’t an issue but it might be to some. Also worth noting restaurant service was often really slow (1 hour or more).

Good location and amazing beach

Pros: The facilities are very good and the hotel has a direct entrance to the beach.

Nice hotel, lots of services, but not so quite as it could be expected

Pros: We liked all the services they offer in this hotel, we really much enjoyed our room, the pool area, the massages and our daughter happily stayed at the kids club, although it was not other children, they prepared for her some games and painting, which she enjoyed 😊. Also, great cleaning service!

Cons: We didn’t like that the planes were literally taking off some km away and passing by in front of the hotel, that was quite noisy and it felt disturbing so in a quiet place at the beach. The good was also not excellent compare to other places, but ok.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful. The view and sunset very worth it. We didn’t want to leave the pool. Kids loved it too!! The service provided at the front desk was exceptional, especially the team organising tours.

Cons: They could improve with the restaurant service felt very long but once we knew we were prepared. The food was really good. We ate there very often. Loved the breakfast too.

Great stay.

Pros: Very nice hotel with great amenities and location. Best sunset views from restaurant terrace and beach . Enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant. Also very good taxi service from hotel.
