Wyndham Residences Santa Marta Aluna Beach Club

Very good in general, value for money.

Pros: Breakfast was good, although not so complete, fish lacking, avocado lacking. Location on the beach front, very good. Very close to airport, too close indeed (planes over our heads every 30 min). Superb pool area. Friendly and efficient personnel. Rooms are comfortable, with wide terrace.

Cons: Restaurant could have some more options, and closes early. Floor of the room was not always very clean.

A top airport hotel with great breakfast and pool

Pros: Breakfast yummy, pools are great, as is private beach. Awesome little refresher spot as departing for airport in Santa Marta. Staff well trained.

Great Stay

Pros: Very close to the airport, friendly staff and very nice apartments. The staff was also able to give us a packed breakfast since we had breakfast included but we had a very early flight!

Cons: The pool area is a bit noisy and unfortunately you cannot get pool towels after 5pm even though the pool is open till 9pm ☹️

Fantastic place to relax and Enjoy Santa Marta next to the Airport

Pros: The location was new and great ! The staff amazing, very helpful, professional and Friendly and with a big offer not to mention a fantastic breakfast ! The location is perfect just next door from the Airport. I will be back at Wyndham Aluna Beach there for sure ! Thank you very much !

Pros: The hotel is relatively new and it is very comfortable. The breakfast was great since they had a lot of options and it varied everyday. The staff was amazing and always ready to help.

Cons: Since it is new it still looks like a work progress. The Aesthetics are missing a bit

Cons: Staff were a little grumpy and not that helpful. Lengthy check-in and check-out processes, but they never thought to tell us that the bar and restaurant closes at 730pm

Pros: The staff !!!!! They were so lovely ( this hotel works well because of them . Efrain was working on our arrival to greet us , he was so welcoming, he took our bags to our room ( unfortunately we were on 1st floor no view, he contacted the reception straight away , the lovely receptionist gave us a perfect room ses and pool view 🥰. The restaurant staff fantastic, pool bar staff too young staff by pool who have us our towels 🥰. The security people , we felt very safe and secure. The room was always cleaned to perfection & always with a smile and greeting.

Cons: Actually we did not realize we were next door to the airport 😂😂, only sat on our terrace our first evening, I thought omg is that the tail end of a plane, it was . We did quite a bit of plane spotting in our week stay, got to know all the airline’s from Colombie 🇨🇴 passing by 😝😝

Pros: The hotel staff were super helpful. We travel a family member with a disability and the hotel staff were very attentive to his needs. The lend us a wheelchair to use in the hotel facilities. Definitely a will come back to this hotel.

Cons: The hotel menu from the restaurant had very little options. It would be great if they include more options.
