Pros: The location is very convenient, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive..

Cons: The gym is very basic and the little gym equipment is very outdated. I was charged VAT even though I do not live in the country which I thought was out of order. Non residents are exempt from this tax.

Amazing staff, great location but for the money there are other locations for the same luxury and comfort

Pros: The staff and service was fantastic and very accommodating. Initially stayed in the luxe room which was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. A lot of complimentary amenities. The food was great, we had both breakfast and lunch. Very convenient location for exploring the old town and getting to Getsemani / the port for excursions.

Cons: The luxe room didn’t have a completely closed off bathroom which meant there was no privacy. Only one pair of robe / slippers in the room. During our stay there was a storm and we had a leaks in our room and throughout the hotel. The gym was large but very sparse with equipment. The two times we wanted to go the rooftop there was an event and it was totally closed off. There should be an area for guests. Not a negative for everyone but to note that the breakfast is order only, not buffet.

Cons: La forma que nos hicieron la cama. La dejaron toda arrugada.

Prachtig hotel, perfecte ligging, heerlijk ontbijt, erg sfeervol en prima bedden

Pros: Mooi hotel, orgineel ontbijt, (geen buffet) a la carte en leuke en goede bediening. Uitzicht mooi vanaf dakterras & zwembad. Helaas hebben de kamers met losse bedden allemaal slecht uitzicht ( oud gebouw op korte afstand) Kamer op 6de verdieping veel geluidsoverlast ivm besloten feest op dakterras waardoor nacht”rust” niet rustig is. Wel goed opgelost door andere kamer aan te bieden.

Cons: Geluidsoverlast Geen kamers verhuren op 6de verdieping als er een feest op dakterras is. Feest zou tot 23.00 duren maar dit ging nog even door en daarna dronken mensen in de gang.
