Excellent

Pros: Lovely hotel, right in the centre of the old town, yet despite this we found the hotel to be peaceful, the pool in the middle of as a little oasis. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms, the massages in the spa were amazing - I strongly recommend booking one if you’re staying!

Pros: Very helpful staff, perfect location in the middle of the historical centre, beautiful building and room, very helpful staff (whether it was in Epoca restaurant or reception) helpful with organizing trips etc. Breakfast in Epoca were really great too.

Cons: Shower was located on a very high ceiling, which was a bit weird. No biggie though

Magic stay in Cartagena

Pros: Location, staff, housekeeping, pool, restaurant, hotel's design, all of those stuffs improve this place to the place with magic atmosphere. We loved our stay there. And especialy staff was just incredible amazing!

Cons: Shower head in the bathroom needs to be change, repaire or clean time by time, to have the exact stream which you deserve.

Really great property and staff!

Pros: The kitchen was fabulous! Great food and service. And the head Concierge and his team were very good. Terrific GM as well. All were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is an oasis and the pool a welcomed refresher after a long day.

Cons: Kitchen should stay open for dinner.
