Pros: Very nice location in Middle of the old town of Cartagena, good hospitality, friendly and welcoming people.. Excellent for short term stays.. Fully recommended

Decent stay

Pros: Amazing spot in the heart of Getsemani. Lovely aesthetic. Staff were so lovely.

Cons: Loud music all night. Until after midnight and made it hard to sleep. Very small bathroom.

Good Value, but noisy

Pros: The property itself is historic, and centrally located in Getsemani. The room was small with a large bathroom and a good shower. Everything was immaculately clean and the A/C was excellent

Comfortable stay in the heart of lively Getsemani area

Pros: Comfortable rooms, on the smaller side but just as photos show, clean and fresh, with clean linens and towels. The shower offers lukewarm water only (one temperature, no hot or cold options). Comfortable roof terrace, great to unwind. Located in the heart of Getsemani (and all the discomforts and comforts of the area). Staff is not on premises all the time, but helpful when around. We did get clean towels and toiletpaper when needed. Content with our 4 night stay overall. Taxi's stop around the corner, just a short walk from the ho(s)tel. And it's a 10 minute walk to the historical center. The neighbourhood is lively and offers many restaurants and eateries. Would stay here again.

Cons: The area is incredibly loud every single night with partytime until midnight. Not recommended if you're a light sleeper. We are not, fortunately. The beds are short, about 1.90 m. My travel companion is 1.97 m (appr. 6'5'') and thus slept uncomfortably. There's a fairly large couch in the room, taking it out would free up useful space around the beds and allow access to the cupboards to hang up clothes etc. No dealbreakers, but good to know.

A nice house in the party neighbourhood

Pros: Casa Fanny is right in the middle of the party - it is in the party neighbourhood of Cartagena and once you exit the door, you are just there. So it is great for being close to everything. It is a nice, big house with a very nice terrace. Check in and check out was easy.

Cons: Our room was kinda small, and the bathroom even more. If you sleep lightly, the noise from the street will be a problem.

Recommended!

Pros: Beautiful colonial style home. Facilities were perfect and very clean. Really recommend!! If you are sensitive to noise maybe look elsewhere as it’s right off of the busy party street, but the hotel provides ear plugs so it really didn’t bother us.

Great location, great room.

Pros: Very nice, clean room. Nice bathroom. Great rooftop area. Aircon in bedroom was powerful.

Cons: It would've been nice to have access to a fridge, especially up top on the rooftop. The room is very noisy in the evening, due to the very lively street.

Brilliant stay

Pros: Very spacious room which was very clean. Lovely roof top terrace which we enjoyed using. Great location, close to everything. Loved our stay and would return.

Cons: Could have provided glasses/cups in the rooms to use on the roof terrace when having a drink.

Great location, this is the place to be if you like to party

Pros: The location, it’s in the heart of Getsemani. I like the house it’s beautiful especially the terrace. I also liked the cat that lives there.

Cons: The balcony room is really loud because of the music until 1 am.

Overall wonderful stay in the beautiful Cartagena !

Pros: Casa Fanny is amazingly located at the heart of one of Cartagena’s vibrant and lively neighbourhood. The facilities were super clean, towels were provided. The staff was welcoming and Fanny was a very kind woman.
