Beautiful resort

Pros: Beautiful resort. Loved the fact there was no background or loud music anywhere on the resort. It was very peaceful.

Cons: Found it a bit odd that all the meals which were buffet style were served for you. Breakfast was behind screens so you had to keep pointing at the food you wanted. Time consuming and annoying.

Outstanding, brilliant, perfect.

Pros: Outstanding service during our stay at Punta Faro. The staff is incredibly charming and corteous. The beach is one of a kind. Turquoise water and picturesque view. Everything is just perfect. The food is gourmet and all the rooms super clean.

Paradise found!

Pros: We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Punta Faro. The place is tastefully designed and easily blends in with the natural beauty of the island. There are plenty of deck chairs, loungers and hammocks to enjoy the private beach and the lovely sunsets with a happy hour cocktail in hand. Plenty of water activities to do from diving, snorkelling, kayaking and a night trip to see fitoplankton (magical, not to be missed). We stayed in a garden view room and found it very comfortable and big enough for our family of 3. Great food with fresh fish and seafood everyday. Best of all was the management and the staff who made us feel very welcome and were very receptive to the needs of our small son. We can’t wait to be back.

Pros: The hotel is well-managed at a high standard. , the beach is with white sand, and the water is spotless and clear At dinner, the food was great and fresh, and the room I got was just on the water, so nice.

Pros: Loved it, the location is outstanding. The cabana room we had was stunning. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Could have more of/some focus on fresh seafood for the meals because if it’s location. Some occasional ambient music would also be nice. Cocktails etc more readily available, we would have spent more money there in all honesty if they were.

A true dream on an island

Pros: What a dream! Everything is designed and created with a lot of thought and love to details. The staff is very attentive. Thanks to Ingrid and her great team. We recommend doing many tours by the hotel: bike tour, plankton usw. There is also a diving center on site. Everything was great organized, from the boat ride in Cartagena over welcome and all the meals. They also work together with the local community. And I really loved it that they don’t play music. You enjoy the silence and see a lot of animals in and out of water. Had a room with a private balcony over the see: marvelous!
