Pros: Great location, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, delicious local food in their restaurant, nice pool areas

Cons: Hotel in need of a bit of care (I.e) painting, hairdryer in the room not working, no tea or coffee making facilities in the superior rooms

Beach front resort with amazing buffet

Pros: The hotel is very-well organized, the staff is super helpful and the facilities include multiple spaces and pools for everyone. Love the sauna, turco room, mini-golf, adults' only pool and buffet breakfast. I'll totally recommend it and will return for sure.

Good complex with children though not 5 stars standing

Pros: Multiple swimming pools. Lots of space for children to play. Open view on the beach. Good restaurants.

Cons: On average it lacked structural maintenance for the standing of the hotel. Absence of umbrellas around all swimming pools. Opening hours of the swimming pools could be enlarged, as you especially go to this kind of hotels for this reason

Ok but not worth the money

Pros: The hotel was spread out, it was big, the rooms were very spacious too and the staff were nvery helpful and nice. We loved having the option of there being an adults only swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and well stocked. Facilities were clean.

Cons: The hotel was a little dated. You get charged for beach umbrellas which is ridiculous as it should be part of the hotel facilities. There were two breakfast restaurants, we opted for the smaller restaurant in the other part of the hotel because it was more organised and the main lobby had birds flying in and taking food from the tables, we were not impressed. Also a few restaurants closed and there was nowhere to go for after dinner drinks as the bar only had few seating.

Great place in Cartagena for families

Pros: The hotel has everything and it really nice and peaceful. Needs updating but it’s still a great place for families. The beach is nice, quiet and clean. The breakfast is amazing and overall the food is delicious

Cons: Some update to the rooms is necessary

We enjoyed our stay, would probably only return if there were more shaded areas and the bird situation was resolved.

Pros: We stayed for 12 days. Great water facilities for kids, use of both new and old hotel amenities, lots of security , medical help available for free, lovely grounds, direct access to a very open beach, good range of buffet food, helpful staff, and only a 10 /15 min drive to the airport and town.

Cons: Eating in the day was a nightmare with birds constantly swooping down to steal food from tables and even the buffet display- so unhygienic. Decor -A little dated in the Casa with a dark miserable and impractical furniture arrangement in the lounge/ bar area.Evening entertainment was more like background music. -Poorly attended. Maybe the hotel needs to provide more sun beds and there’s an essential need for some cover from the sun. There wasn’t a single parasol!

Fantastic facilities, staff and location

Pros: Perfect for families, we loved it- pools are incredible

Cons: wifi weak

Pros: All the pools options were great. Breakfast was delicious and the access to the beach was amazing

great little get away.

Pros: The hotel was really clean and had loads of food choices if you didn't want to venture out. The rooms were big and had great air conditioning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The kids' play area was great for our little one to move around on non-hard floors. There were plenty of pools with space to lay. It was super easy to check in and out. The taxi ride from the hotel to the airport cost 20k peso.

Cons: We really wanted to be able to lay on the beach, but it's a shame that the hotel doesn't have their own sun loungers and umbrellas. You have to buy them from the locals and they're not cheap. It would be nice to have an umbrella in the pool if you wanted to stay out of the sun.

Pros: That's The place to stay in Cartagena when you have kids. They offer a variety of activities for all ages. There are more than three restaurants and the beach is just in front. Comfortable room. The air conditioning is a little noisy, but is like a white noise, good to sleep.
