The perfect location for exploring Cartagena from - would absolutely stay here again

Pros: The hotel is just across the main highway from the beach - it's a short walk across a bridge to get there. The food was excellent overall. The room was mostly excellent with great views, and the pool area was really nice too. There's a convenience store, pharmacy, and ATM right next to the hotel which was useful.

Cons: The air conditioning turns off when you leave for the day or take the access card out so expect to come back to a very hot room.

I had blast in Cartagena

Pros: The airport is easy to reach, taking only 5 minutes to arrive and 10 minutes to leave. The pool is small but cozy. Each day, they offer a different breakfast menu, and the room is kept impeccable every day. There is some noise from the airport, but it's not concerning. The view from the balcony is stunning.

Cons: Everything was fantastic!!!!

Pros: After checking out, I was allowed to continue enjoying the common areas of the hotel such as the pool and the restaurant. Inside the room, a stylist was allowed to enter since my wife was combed and made up for our wedding.

Pros: We loved this place!! Freezing cold air conditioning and for a small extra fee you can check out at 6pm!! The ultimate hotel for check out with a hangover!! Great staff, super close to a grocery store.

Pros: It’s clean, the pool and the view is good, however it’s for a short stay as it’s close to the airport

Pros: Great and clean place! Staff are very friendly Good breakfast!

Cons: Only one key per room! It’s difficult because you need it inside the room to keep functioning AC and lights!

The rooms need a refurbish!!!

Pros: The evening / night security guard was a lovely man!! Very helpful and fun to talk to regardless of our language barrier. lol area was nice and the staff up there very friendly and kind.

Cons: The room door chain lock was broken chain lock hinge was not fully attached to the room door, the bathroom frame was not fixed properly to the wall due to this the door could not shut properly or lock, the shower was lukewarm at best & drizzled water, the fan felt like it would fall off its hinges and take my life when I put it on so could not use it.

Pros: Summer is a simple but very fair hotel. People are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the front desk. The hotel has everything I value: cleaners, confort, helpful staff and a fair price. It has a nice pool with a bar in the top floor, which made all the difference. The food is amaizing and the cookers and attendants are super sweet. The location is good if you want to stay close to the Airport.

Cons: A point for attention is the location. It is perfect if you want to be close to the airport. It is 10-15 min by car from the old towns, which is also very much manageable.

Pros: Swimming pool on top floor, room was spacious, nice view, breakfast was ok.

My stay was better than expected for the price, I loved the ocean view.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, staff doesn't speak English but absolutely great using their phone to translate. Extremely friendly and polite.

Cons: Maybe the meal menu could improve but I am a little biased with food preference. Food was still decent.
