Excellent stay

Pros: Very nice hotel for a short holiday in Cartagena. The hotel has everything you would possibly expect with very friendly and helpful staff. The infinity pool is a great place to relax with

Cons: The shops available in the hotel are extremely overpriced, which is expected from this kind of hotel. However, the same sun lotion was sold at different prices (from simple to 2x price) in two shops located just one near each other - perhaps not the nicest marketing strategy... It would also be great to have access to a private beach which, for the current time, does not seem to be the case - the hotel provides towels and some assistance, yet the beach seems to be managed by another entity. Having a 24h pharmacy (there is one, but only opened during the day)- or basic pharmaceutical products sold at the reception - would also improve the overall experience.

Pros: The location and accommodation is perfect when traveling with family

Quiet holiday next to the beach

Pros: Wide variety of local food and international buffet in the breakfast, the pool on the 10th floor only for adults it's chill, with amazing view and bar next to it to take the sun, listen to good music and have a good holiday vibe. The room was okay. The hotel had an extra service to decorate the room for my BF' birthday

Cons: Considering that weather in Cartagena is always steamy, it's disappointing that we must pay for the water in the minibar of the room and that there is no fountain at the entrance of the hotel for the guest to refresh at arrival.

Pros: Breakfast, location in front of the sea and service. I also had lunch in one of the restaurants which was delicious.

Cons: The room was full of dust. Both my mom and I suffer from dust allergies and it was evident since the moment we walked in the room that it was not properly clean.

Very nice hotel with lovely swimming pools, nice breakfast and good staff.

Pros: The pool was great, breakfast was nice as well, and the hospitality staff.

Feeling like my home between friendly people

Pros: Excellent people everywhere, my grateful for Hector (open restaurant) and Tito my partner in tennis court to contributing with my cellular renovation, they are outstanding. The rest of the people excellent each one, I have the chance to choose a different hotel but I prefer to go a place that I feel as in my home.

Cons: Don’t use plastic material to wrap or protect clothes sent to laundry.

Exceptional location direct on the beach. Good value for money!

Pros: Breakfast buffet offered many selections and fresh fruits that are amazing! Many sports amenities for those who enjoy sports. Great bars and drinks, where many young people hang around, especially on the rooftop!

Cons: Eventually the rooms need renovations.

Pros: Great food, comfortable, security, amenities, and beach access.

Cons: There was no shuttle to the airport, lots of street vendors were trying to sell by the beach, and there was no hotel spot by the beach to leave things, so everything had an extra cost.
