EXCELLENT mid-range hotel in good location with very friendly staff

Pros: Staff was very very friendly, we felt right at home. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Seems quite new. Airconditioning was a charm, worked very well and was not aimed directly on the bed, making it a comfortable way to cool the room. Breakfast in the hotel was simple but delicious and nutritious. They offered some fruit, eggs prepared in various ways (of choice) with arepa or patacones, a juice and a warm drink (no tea though). All prepared freshly upon ordering. The location of the hotel is great. The surrounding area (Crespo) is quite safe. There are various options for food (restaurants and bars) close by. With an Uber or taxi you are in the old center in about 15 minutes, at the airport in about 7 minutes, in Bocagrande in about 25-30 minutes and at the busstation in about 40-50 minutes.

Cons: I personally missed the option to have a tea in the morning with the breakfast. They offer coffee or chocolate milk. Tea would be a great and simple addition. The door to the ensuite bathroom was very squeaky. Didn't bother us much, but if you need to go to the toilet at night and your partner is a light sleeper, you will wake them up. There is no warm water in the showers. We didn't need that as it is very warm here in Cartagena, but be aware of this. Also, be aware that the hotel is right next to a restaurant/bar. Therefore on the street side it can be a bit more noisy later at night and early morning. Didn't bother us at all, but light sleepers might prefer a room on the backend of the hotel.

Cons: La ventana no contaba con privacidad entonces tuvimos que dejar el blackout siempre abajo y con la luz artificial encendida todo el tiempo , no se aprecia luz natural y la tranquilidad del hotel

Pros: Es un hotel pequeño ! Acogedor .. se nota que es nuevo , el barrio tranquilo . Un Uber al centro 3 dólares Y al costado un restorant bueno bonito y barato

Muy buen hotel para una estancia económica

Pros: Las habitaciones parecían estar recién remodeladas, por lo que estaba muy limpio. El personal fue extremadamente amable y el desayuno fue muy bueno. El hotel es pequeño con una excelente relación calidad-precio, está muy cerca del aeropuerto, solo que la zona no es turística aún y no hay acceso a la playa cerca del hotel (apenas están construyendo el malecón y se nota que le están invirtiendo a la zona, hay muchos edificios en remodelación)

Cons: La zona en donde está ubicado el hotel no es la parte turística de la ciudad

Pros: 4-5 blocks from airport, even closer 1-2 blocks to the beach..and good breakfast included!

Cons: Some rooms don't have windows but ask for your preference.

Pros: De todo lo que me gusto más de cartagena, fue el hotel , es agradable, demasiado limpio , el personal es espectacular, súper atentos.el lugar es muy tranquilo. Sin duda volvería mil veces.
