Pros: Friendly staff that always did extra to made sure we were looked after. Breakfasts were unbelievable for quality and variety. Evening meals in their restaurant were a real treat. Lastly, I have back issues and our bed was very comfortable

Pros: The staff is really nice, they support you every time. The hotel is so big and you can have fun on it. You can see the sea from your room.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, making it easy to reach the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Cons: We were disappointed with the restaurant menu, it lacked variety, especially when it came to options for children. A broader selection would have made our experience much better

Cons: Nothing, I knew location beforehand and accounted to go to a more touristic beach like Bocagrande in some specific moments during my visit. Did not have time to go to Crespo beach, which is closer, I could see some few people there from the building, but not sure how it is

I had an amazing time here and cancelled planned stays at other hotels.

Pros: I really enjoyed my time at this hotel because of the awesome staff. They provided me with everything I needed and became like family. The pool area was great and the bar/restaurant as well.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was the proximity to a public beach. The nearby beach had no people due to the rip tides so you had to taxi about 5 minutes to a normal beach. Other than that everything was good.

Great honeymoon!

Pros: I liked the fact everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We travelled with a one year old and they gave us a cot straight away - it was very handy.

Cons: Room service was a bit slow and sometimes didn’t bother to fulfil our requests but overall it was OK
