Perfect hotel for an early getaway from the airport

Pros: Nice hotel in perfect position for airport - couldn’t be better. Staff were great (despite our rubbish Spanish) & friendly. Breakfast seems to be far earlier than advertised - just turn up. Secure for the location

A lovely clean and quiet hotel in a safe part of town

Pros: Spotlessly clean and quiet, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable beds, lovely big bathroom with a hot shower, super cute little pool area, air con working, decent breakfast, some nice restaurants nearby (or about 15 mins by taxi to the old city) - 5 mins to the airport

Cons: No bedside/reading lights, small window in our (cheaper) room so we had to have main lights on (but the other rooms looked amazing)

Staff service is excellent!

Pros: Staff service is amazing, really sweet and nice people doing an amazing job on their service!

Cons: The hotel can be very noisy, we had some family with small kids staying at the same time and even when those kids where screaming in the pool or in their own rooms, we could hear it very clearly in our room which was not so nice. Some days the kids start screaming from 6AM so loudly that they wake up other guests.

Lovely place to stay in Cartagena

Pros: Lovely hotel with a great comfortable clean large bedroom, the bathroom was also large with a great big shower! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us park our rental car within the hotel’s small courtyard. Great generous breakfast. Location worked for us, not too far from the town centre, and really close to the airport.

Pros: The food was great. The staff were unbelievably kind - they did so much to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. Rooms were gorgeous. Property felt so safe. One of our favourite spots .

Pros: We’ve had an amazing stay here! The staff is really helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is tasty as well! A few restaurants around as well.

Cons: It’s a little outside the city center, but only a short ride with the Uber or a nice stroll along the beach.
