Perfect location in Cartagena

Pros: The bedroom despite having no windows was super nice. The common areas were algo good. The location is the best and it is a huge help having a code to open the doors.

Cons: In my bedroom 202, the pipes of the shower were blocked so the water got stuck. I asked of the employees if they could check but it continued the same.

Pros: The room was spotless,big and cool on arrival. Location for us on a short stay was perfect.

Cons: there was nothing not to like everything was perfect. I did think that a small table and two chairs in the room was needed.

Pros: Great location just in the heart of the walled city, very comfortable bed, spacious room and great bathroom You ll be in the heart of a town that turns into a party area at night, can t really hear anything coming from outside the building, I didn t mind at all but at night you could hear people coming and going from the hallway and corridor, so if you like a very quiet place at night this is not for you

Cons: Lack of a window doesn t help with air circulation

Good location and great value if you don’t mind to sleep in the room without windows.

Pros: I liked that it was really good value. Nice location and very clean with nice staff.

Cons: We booked the rooms with no windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic which would be fine but there is not any ventilation beside the aircon. So when you walked in you could smell the humid and probably moldy air.

Pros: Great location. Very good staff. Great communication. We knew that our room had no windows and had no problem with it. Just keep in mind that there are rooms without windows.

Nice spot

Pros: Great location and sound proof window. The rooms are facing a very busy street but nothing can be heard from inside. Nice dimensions room.

Cons: Shower without door and shower head was making the whole bathroom floor wet. Stained sheets but they change it all when requested.

Pros: Oldtown based hotel, with nice rooms. Self check-in without any problems. Only stayed one night due to our transfer day to San Andrés.

Pros: Centrally located to the main tourist area, a lot of restaurants and shops.

Cons: It would be nice if someone spoke a little English I tried my best with Spanish as well but it's not something to complain about everyone is friendly and I expected I needed to know the language as well.
