Pros: It has all the facilities to make your stay really comfortable..

Cons: Our room had a door connecting to the room next door. We could hear people talking and moving around. It was not terrible, but I'd rather have a room without that door..

A great base to discover the sights and history of Barranquilla!! Quiet and safe neighborhood!!

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful!! Great selection of local and international foods!! Facilities(pool, hot tub, pool deck) were super! Nice view of city from 3rd floor! Staff was extremely helpful and always accommodating!! Definitely will stay here again when in Barranquilla!!

Excellent stay..

Pros: Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

Pros: A big modern hotel, clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent menu for the room service, outstanding breakfast.

Cons: There's a sign at the reception desk saying that for payment of the hotel services US dollars and euros are accepted, but in fact they are not.

Pros: Very good breakfast! Take your time, great offer. Airco worked well, you need it.

Cons: Opening hours of swimming pool are working hours, so did no enjoy that, nor the gym. Looked nice, though. A bit of noise from the service elevator next to my room (end of the hallway)

Pros: Todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno deli, el personal demasiado atento, las habitaciones super comodas. En general todo estuvo perfecto, excepto el gimnasio que cuentan con pocas maquinas y algunas viejitas.

Cons: El gimnasio no es tan completo como aparecia en las fotos.

Convenient and beautiful - needs to make service more opportune

Pros: Ample comfortable rooms and convenient location (especially for Club El Country).

Cons: Room service was problematic: first order took so long I had to cancel and leave to my commitment; the second order was not charged properly and they had to come back to the room to fix the payment. Safe was not working and they could not repair timely for me to use.

Cons: La habitación cero ventilación No se puede abrir la ventana porque es un vidrio completo sellado El colchón un poco blando para mi gusto Arreglaron la habitación muy tarde .
