Pros: The staff service and kindness, very helpful. The restaurant waiter so helpful and kind.

Cons: IT support didn't fix tv set issue, but always very kind.

Pros: Location was excellent. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good . Probably good to have many options of drinks . Only one juice and water. Colombia has many types of fruits, should be nice to have a range of juices then .

Cons: The lock of the room door. We found it a bit fragile

Pros: The staffs are friendly and helpful The room for our first night was noisy and the hotel changed it to a more quiet room without drama and hazzles. We even got complimentary fruits. Love the effort.

Pros: I didn't mind the plane, restaurant was decent, I mean for the price it is decent, the rooms are a little run down, if you just need a quick spot to pass by on, one night, or just a place to sleep and leave the next day it's good.

Cons: I would not stay at this place if it were a long term stay, but if want a budget place, this hotel will do the trick.

A cozy hotel in a very residential neighborhood.

Pros: I enjoyed the proximity it was to travel within tourist spots. I enjoyed the breakfast above all. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and courteous. On the first night, the windows did not close properly. Thus making the room to be extra warm with the A/C not being able to cool the room. I made a formal complaint and the on-site supervisor accommodated immediately to transfer us to a new room within 20 minutes. Phenomenal!

Cons: I wasn't expecting to arrive to a very old building, in general. There are some details that need to be looked at; i.e.: the room that I was in needs a new paint job, the TV is outdated (would be cool to have a smart TV for streaming and connecting mobile devices). Minor details.
