Excelente ubicación, tranquilidad y cortesía de parte de los empleados.

Pros: El desayuno estuvo bien, lo único que recomiendo es que los jugos deben hacerlos sin azúcar, colocar de sobre para que cada persona utilice la opción de consumir, porque yo no la consumo y no pude tomarlos.

Cons: A veces hubo fallas en el internet.

Pros: La ubicación y el servicio del personal del hotel. Necesite un escritorio y me lo consiguieron rápidamente y me lo llevaron a la habitación

Für den Karneval eine super Lage

Pros: Zimmer war nichts Besonderes, aber völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war simpel, aber gut. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Es war durch den Karneval völlig überteuert für die Leistung, aber das ist natürlich bekannt. Komisch fand ich die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, wo man per WhatsApp angeschrieben wird und aufgefordert wird den Betrag schon zu zahlen, weil sie sonst für Buchung nicht garantieren kann. Dafür ist doch aber eine Kreditkarte bei Booking hinterlegt. Und danach ist die Kommunikation dann tagelang abgebrochen. Am Ende habe ich nichts im Vorfeld bezahlt und alles hat funktioniert, könnte man aber besser organisieren. Ansonsten kommt nur sehr viel Licht aus dem Flur ins Zimmer, was mich persönlich stört, weil ich es dunkel nachts mag, aber ist kein Weltuntergang.
