Overall it was worth the money and staff was always amazing!

Pros: The breakfast was always amazing and the servers were always nice and helpful!

Cons: The room could have some renovations, and it smelled a little like old rooms.

The place is very nice and close to everything

Great place for Cartagena city

Pros: The location to visit the city is nice and close. First got a very small room which we didn't book, but the staff got us a nice room after we said something. Great solution. Breakfast is the same as all over Colombia, with nice staff.

Cons: Only minus was the cold shower, but it is hot in Cartagena so..

Nice hotel, food relax

Pros: The hotel is cozy and nice decorated, the beach and Caribbean sea in 3 minutes walking. The swimming pool was clean and music was very nice to relax and spend some time. The room was very confortable and clean, good air-conditioned. The location of the hotel is perfect also, walking distance to the city center.

Cons: The room has only small window and it was a little bit dark. The bathroom didn't close because the door was broken. No hair dryer. Breakfast was very poor and more or less the same all days. One day we found big tropical cockroach in the bathroom that fortunately didn't return in the next days.

Very good value for money but be realistic in your expectations

Pros: The room was lovely and spacious , location is good on the oceanfront and five to ten minutes walk to the walled town and Getsamani . Price for Cartagena is outstanding, don’t compare the hotel to others that are charging maybe 10 tens more , that is not fair . The hotel is outstanding value for money , just be realistic in your expectations.

Cons: Listen the breakfast is woeful to be fair but why eat in the hotel when you have beautiful cafes in old town that serve amazing breakfasts and juices at very reasonable prices .

For a no frills, short stop location to rest your head each night, the hotel met our needs, Thanks.

Pros: The location to the beaches was excellent. We only had to walk across the road and we were sat under a unbrella in two minutes. Later each day we were able to freshen up easily and venture out again to the historic area and the excellent food hall close by. We also reccomend the Museo de Fantisama that is within five minute walk, It was full of dolls and toys from around the world.

Cons: The breakfast was of poor quality, especially the choices accompanying the scrambled eggs, We are not accustom to being offered half a sandwich which seemed to have seen better days,

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, el personal amable y siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas y cumplir lo que uno pise y necesita.

Cons: El agua de la ducha es solo templada, en ninguna parte salía que no había agua caliente. No fue un problema, ya que es casi tibia y el clima de la ciudad bien caluroso. Pero me habría gustado saberlo
