Pros: Well located, good quality for its price. We loved the place. Hospitable stuff and helpful. We loved everything ☺️

Good hotel!

Pros: Room was clean with comfortable beds. Convinient location. Across the street from beach area and a few blocks from CARTAGENA letters. Breakfast was delicious. Entire staff provided great customer service. I'd stay there again.

Cons: No hot water...just so you know.... and I had a little trouble with doorknob in my room.

Okay stay

Pros: Good location, pretty close to main bits. Nice breakfast. Good view from balcony and friendly staff.

Cons: The pool was really small, the cleaning service was coming late about 5pm which isn’t great and meant it wasnt cleaned couple days as we were tend to go out in morning and come back to rest and get ready at 4pm. The rooms had some mould and cracks.

Sweet hotel in a convenient-super clean and restful. Will definitely return!

Pros: Friendly courteous staff. Great location 10 min walk past Nunez house museum to main gate to Ciudad Vieja. Relaxing pool courtyard and filling breakfast. Beach directly across the street( skill required to cross quickly to avoid heavy traffic.—near airport. Very good price.

Cons: Door kept jamming to my room. Staff always helped and were kind.

Pros: Staff we're incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and also just twenty minutes from the center.

Cons: In the heavy rain part of the hotel got very wet. There was even a leak in our room.

Cons: Café INFECTE,Déjeuner au meilleur de ce que ça vaux. JUS ou petits fruits, OEUS,OEUFS,petites saucisses ou jambon mais restrein..Côté prix ça vsux ce que ça veux..PAIN PAS ROTI ! OUAN C EST PAS TROP GRAVE .

Good stay for the value, benefits car rental and nearby restaurants and beach that was helpful during my stay.

Pros: There was a parking lot which was good to park my rented car. The breakfast included was excellent. It was close to the beach and the value was great for the stay and the beds were comfy along with the air conditioner.

Cons: The parking lot was full of rock and the gate was dirty and rusty. The bathroom didn’t had a bathroom rug or washcloth so I had to use my old clothes to walk on instead of a wet floor. Only one key to get in, didn’t like going back and forth to get a key to lock the gate. The picture online was a little misleading since the pool looked bigger online but it was actually smaller than depicted. The view of the beach was not white sand and lightened as it was in the picture. Please fix the picture to avoid confusion.
