Pros: Helpful & friendly owner & housekeeper. Very clean. Aircon good. Nice seating area at front, closed off ftom street. Very close supermatket, coffee shops, restaurants, cafes. Easy walk to beach. Buses airport to old town & vice versa on main road by beach
