Amazing, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: The location is incredible. Amazing view. Very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful sunset. We were given a complimentary boat ride around the island. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was cooked fresh and really nice.

Cons: The wifi wasn’t great and food/drinks menu was limited as some ingredients weren’t available

we loved it here, it was a perfect retreat with activities to do when you wanted. staff could not have been more lovely!

Pros: fabulous location, staff were amazing and offered lots of activities. really quiet location which really suited us. loved the terrace especially at sunset. food was excellent.

Cons: some of the facilities shown on booking.com didn’t exist, ie pool and the wellbeing services are bought in on request. it’s not luxury but we loved it!

Pros: We had our own bungalow, large clean and simple, with palm leave roof. With a mosquito net on the beds and several fans, which are sufficient to the job. The staff has been amazing, all locals people so kind and professional. We have eaten at the hotel restaurant several times, and it is one of the best place of the island. And the location is fantastic, the beautiful view from the terrace as in the pictures. The courtesy tour by boat is a very nice welcome and we also did some of the activities you can purchase. We highly recommend the snorkeling because you can see the living and colorful corals and fishes, and the luminescent plankton. The hotel is a quite one, with no music, as there is enough elsewhere, you can go in 10 minutes to other party hotels or, as we did, in the village to have a more authentic experience.

Pros: Lovely personnel. Great food, and breakfast. Comfortable hard beds.

Cons: Shared bathroom is not very clean. Price-quality is not in balance, in my opinion. It's too bad that the beach in front of the hotel smells like gasoline due to the boats passing by.

Local run place in gorgeous position!

Pros: This hotel was a little oasis! Peaceful and beautiful location, the place is new and run by locals who went above and beyond to make us welcome and put on great activities for their guests.

Cons: Nothing much.

Pros: Darvin is very welcoming at hotel and its one of the best settings on the island - we had a wander round and compared. If you want a relaxing stay on Isla grande then this is the place. Most of the others are big hotels playing house music all day or the location is not as good. The food here is great and the activities are very fun, snorkeling just Infront of the hotel suited us as there are plenty of fish to see

Cons: The rooms are quite basic but we didn't spend much time in them anyway.

Pros: We had an unforgettable night at this hotel. It’s a simple standard, but the view and the warmth of the hosts are priceless. There are only a few rooms, and everything feels very private and personal. A great contrast to the tourist crowds in Cartagena and other cities. The sunset was the most beautiful we’ve ever seen in Colombia. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for an authentic experience.

Pros: Location was great. On the waterfront with great views. Friendly staff. Large room with good bed. Owner helped with all questions and arranged boat transport for us back to Cartagena.

Cons: Bathroom needs maintenance. No mosquito net, but using mosquito spray helps.
