Hotel Isle del Sol
Pros: Location. Staff very helpful especially Dylan on reception. Food ok. Breakfast very good, fresh fruit yogurt and thin pancakes. Assorted eggs cooked for you. Clean tidy and nice spot for a few relaxing days. Fast boat worked well. Chaotic at gate 4 to get here but staff and wrist tags were good. Great and quick communication from the hotel to my questions before the trip started. Thank you whoever did all that
Cons: Sun beds blocking all day until folks left at 3 pm. Towels on the beds and not used at all. So nowhere to sit and relax. Saturday may have been a busy day. Loud bar music maybe nice but so is a bit of quiet. Tours slightly overpriced but did break the day up. I enjoyed the snorkeling but don't expect the red sea

Pros: The entire resort. The staff who welcomed us to the island, the bungalow, the service, the view, the pool and the beach. Eaten the snorkelling trip with kids. Everything was just perfect!
Cons: Nothing!

Paradise!
Pros: Isla del Sol is absolutely beautiful. It is a small boutique hotel with a very chilled vibe. It is situated in a magnificent bay with a small beach and lovely pool area. Most of the construction and decor is from natural materials, which adds to the relaxed feel of the resort. Our room was large as was the shower, and all was very clean. (A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, would have been nice.) There are more deck chairs than people, so there is no race to reserve a chair in the mornings. 200m offshore, there is a cute, rustic pontoon bar and we enjoyed kayaking there each day for a delicious pina colada. As we were there during the holiday season, there were loads of boats parked in the bay, which added to the atmosphere. The food menu had a large selection and on the most part, was very good. The pool bar served a yummy pina colada. :)
Cons: The entry/exit point for the kayaks and paddle boards is a massive accident waiting to happen. One has to climb down from the jetty on to a stone ledge and from there, there is a climb down into the water. To get to the water, one has to stand on old, broken tires that pretty much collapse as you step on them (I'm not a large or heavy person). Furthermore, there are rusty metal spikes sticking out of the tires, so you have to be really careful where you step. We are fit, healthy, agile almost 60-year old's, but for anyone less mobile, using the kayaks or SUP boards would be impossible. The staff also had to lug the heavy kayaks and boards in and out of the water after each use as the jetty is shared with boats. They really need to come up with a safer, more user-friendly option before someone gets seriously injured. It would also be nice for there to be some information on activities to do in the area. The staff had no idea about kayaking through the mangroves (or any other options) which is something I had read about.

Pros: Absolutely everything. This was the latest of several visits over the years and yet again the Isla del Sol team provided ideal conditions under the guidance of Osvaldo and Jos.
Cons: Leaving ..

Definitely recommend for your visit to the Rosario Islands
Pros: Amazing location, good service. Meals are separate but enough choice and good prices. Also recommend to book the boat trip directly with the hotel, I dropped my luggage on the dock and saw it again ready in my room.
Cons: The humidity is very high, also ofcourse a ‘problem’ that comes with being on an island.

nice, sunny place in Isla grande
Pros: Nice hotel in the beautiful Isla Grande. Nice and spacious room with air cond. and terrace . Lovely staff especially Jorge who was super nice and helpful!
Cons: it would have been great to have plant base milk in the morning for breakfast , but i am aware it is rather difficult to find in Colombia. A part for this, nothing to say! all was good ! :)

Fantastic stay on Isla Grande
Pros: Great location, friendly staff. Excellent location of room looking out to sea. Super snorkelling tour with Nando. Great kayaking on kayaks provided by hotel, also borrowed the bikes several times to go to the village and swim at Playa Libre. It was interesting to be able to see Island life while on bikes. Delicious fish for dinner.
Cons: We chose a room with fan- we would have been more comfortable with an air conditioned room…. But probably wouldn’t have got such a great view. The snorkelling tour with Islas del Sol was excellent. A bioluminescence tour was also offered which the staff book you on with an outside operator. I booked this and was taken on a night snorkelling tour where we were able to see a small amount of bioluminescence for a few minutes at the end of torches were tuned off. It was good night snorkelling tour if you want to go night snorkelling, but this was not what I wanted to do. Be careful when booking a bioluminescence tour, I was disappointed.

A good choice for spending a night or two in the Rosario Islands
Pros: Most of the rooms are comfortable with air-conditioning, and the outdoor spaces are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was always helpful and kind.
Cons: Our room had air-conditioning, but it was not in the main area and had a thatched roof, which made it impossible to cool down at night. I think it was supposed to be the nicer of the rooms because it was a direct view of the ocean, but it was very hot.

Lovely place for a couple days
Pros: I liked that the size of the place, made it more private and cozy. The bungalow was lovely, good size, clean and the hammock was great.
Cons: They accept big groups that come during the day and don’t stay, can get crowded
