Fantastic

Pros: This hotel is a paradise of good food (5 stars chef really) relax, beauty, and good music. The attention of stuff is special and unique. Rooms are fantastics, but the food is the best ever, you won’t find better! Thanks for your special place and attention

If you’re looking for a island, stay close to Cartagena this is your destination

Pros: Everything was lovely through the staff the location in the room the cocktails and the food

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like but the evening dinners has no choice of what we could eat other than dietary preferences some evenings we preferred to have been able to choose off an à la carte menu however the food that they did serve was very yummy

Amazing place to relax

Pros: Realy a nice place, but a bit pricy. The food overall was great. We got each night a smal gift, so cool. The bungalow was big and super nice. The KI Whatsapp chat.

Cons: Breakfast could be included for the price and maybe the boat too. The bill overview is very confusing.

Beautiful (but pricey)

Pros: Beautiful hotel, clean and very comfortable. Beach/pool area and the bungalow are absolutely gorgeous. Good drinks and food.

Cons: We felt like there were hidden costs in the end. Make sure you check small letters, whether the price is communicated in dollars or colombian pesos and if some services that you would assume are free of charge are actually an extra cost.

Nice place with excellent and attentive staff

Pros: A lovely place in a nice setting. We had a bungalow which was great with its own outdoor area and a plunge pool. The staff are great both friendly and helpful. They have a really useful WhatsApp system for ordering room service which works well.

Cons: A couple of points which are not necessarily criticism but I feel should be pointed out. A lot of day visitors come to the hotel which means the pool area can be crowded. That said guests are asked in advance where they would like to reserve a bed or cabana. Evening meals are a set menu with no choice. The hotel will offer an alternative if you ask in advance but you don’t what’s on the menu until you arrive for dinner.

Great beach club stay

Pros: This is a beach club. Expect some poolside activity and loud music. Check their Instagram page before booking so you won’t be one of those disappointed want-to-be-secluded-couples… We were completely aware of this and our family with 3 little ones enjoyed every second of it including moments of romantic and quiet stay. Once the day crowds are gone at 5pm it turns to an even more amazing place. The staff were so accommodating for every need much more than we were expecting. Food is great no dish disappointed. Either poolside or cabañas are always priority for guests over day-pass visitors so don’t worry. Communication for every room service need with WhatsApp was flawless. Ocean is a bit choppy but you can find rockless entrance spots. We will definitely return. Thanks Dani y Jorge

Very good place

Pros: The location is perfect, everything is very clean and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly. We can feel a very good organisation. The place looks better in reality. Delicious food, nice ambience. There's good activities to do. I'd definitely recommend that place. I could go on a long time with superlatives ! Daniel (!!), Calo (sorry for the spelling :) ), Luz, Jorge are amazing staff people to interact with.

Cons: Everything they kindly suggest to add to your leak comes with a price. (Even chicken on a Cesar Salad or an ice cream on a cake) At the end of the day you receive the daily bill of your day's consumption - check it very well, there's easy mistake... And then to compensate the mistakes you have to ask compensation the next day... It's a mess on this point. We're in 2024, it's easy to make a mobile app for these kind of process. The weekend the DJs are playing music. On Saturday it was so loud that even in our room we couldn't rest. I'm hanging a lot in clubs and concerts, I'm not a grumpy guy for live music, but honestly there's no need to put music that loud for people that are literally without 10 meters of the DJ booth.

Good Music, food and staff

Pros: The staff was very friendly and forthcoming and our little cabin very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Cons: We had to leave the premises early due to a private event. The organization around our checkout was quite messy.

Perfect location and incredible staff - 10/10

Pros: Beautiful location. Loved Blue Apple Beach’s approach to sustainability and BCorp. The Green Apple Foundation is fantastic. The staff looked after us really well and the food was delicious.
