Pros: Excellent! Comfortable room and very nice staff. There are a lot of great activities for everyone. Breakfast was really nice.

Cons: We were with a friend of ours who didn’t speak Spanish and most of the staff didn’t speak English.

Great stay.

Pros: Hotel is near the beach, very good location if you want to injoy the beach. Room was great, spacious, was cleaned every day by kind lady. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Hotel is in closed area. Irotoma hotel consist of 3 towers, seperate from each other, with restaurants in different towers. Hilton is located between irotoma towers. Breakfast was included and amazing.

Cons: Can not pay with cash in restaurants or shops of hotel. All by creditcard or later on to be paid on checkout. Some pools, restaurants and gym are located in different towers, so you have to go by shuttle or foot to towers. May take up to 15 minutes to walk to the first tower.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Irotama Resort! The spacious apartment was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The balcony offered breathtaking views, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff were not only accommodating but also extremely friendly, making me feel truly welcome. The pool was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a fantastic experience

Pros: We liked the service, the modern rooms, facilities and comfort. The location was superb. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was our first time but it won't be our last. Excellent!

Cons: The menu is slightly repetitive. The food quality is good, is just that after few days the options seemed repetitive.

Pros: Las piscinas, el buffet, la vista, la sonrisa de los colaboradores. Nos enviaron una cortesía por el cumpleaños de Santy. Es un ejército de personas comprometidas con dar un buen servicio. Gracias

Cons: El aire acondicionado se prendía solo mientras dormiamos, amanecimos resfriados. Una silla del balcón se partió y me lastimé una mano. El último día no nos dejaban dormir con un tremendo escándalo por un evento en la piscina principal. Eran las 8am.
