Very nice experience, lovely and caring people

Pros: Spa, room, swimming pool, view, breakfast buffet, quality of food and diversity of restaurants, rooftop

Cons: Too strong air conditioning at times. Not so many members of staff spoke English. Day trips price out of market price.

The best crew i have meet in a a hotel

Pros: Mostly the staff , Kevin , Danyeluis , Wilmar, Kelly in the second floor swimming , and Jorge and Yaritza in the roof ! The girls at the breakfast were also very frendly and profesional . The staff made the difference specially for a solo traveller

Cons: could be a missundertanding but i received a message asking me to change my room in my last night because a marriage or something similar ....of course i did not accept and no further contact was made about that issue.

Cons: The wind is very direct, I think there should be a better Version to cover the guest With some sails o moving Walls We had a balcón but NO chair to sit.

Cons: walking down the hall to get water with only a small bottle provided. service slow on the terrace. only a few loungers protected from sun on terrace meaning it was difficult to secure one.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing team!

Pros: The breakfast buffet was exceeding expectations- chefs catering to individual (egg) requests, a wide variety of breads and the biggest selection of fruit I have seen. A special shout-out to Daniel who was our waiter during breakfast. He provided a friendly and personalized service! Remembered our coffees everyday and would have them ready for us as soon as we sat down. Rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the beach and swimming pool on the 2nd floor. The fish with coconut rice is a must try at the restaurant! The Hilton service for the beachbeds was excellent,fast & friendly! Just make sure you know if the hotel staff is taking your order or the local boys. There was a big conference going on on our day of departure that caused a lot of road blockages and chaos around the hotel. Bellboy Daniel was very friendly and carried our luggage to our airport pickup, further down the road, as he police didn't allow him to stop in front of the hotel.

Cons: Being in Colombia we expected the amazing coffee. Unfortunately the bartender wasn't aware of all barista skills and often brewed the coffee to hot- also the flavour wasn't as good as we experienced in other cafes/restaurants in Colombia. (Restaurant lobby + restaurant 2nd floor) The coffee machine in the room was confusing. We asked for help but even the staff members didn't seem to quite understand. He mentioned they were in process of changing the machines- so I guess it's still work in progress. The housekeeping often forgot to replace our towels after the turn up service and the water bottle wasn't filled upon arrival. The music in the lobby was quite loud and didn't seem to suit the ambience for all times of the day. No smart tvs in the room.

Fantastic hotel with great views.

Pros: The staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious, and the beds comfortable, the restaurants were great, and the rooftop pool and bar were fantastic.

Pros: A bit further away from santa marta, in a more peaceful setting, great facilities with 2 infinity pool (one for adults only), rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is great

Pros: Very nice staff. Clean. Rooms comfortable. Good value for money. Had a wonderful relaxing massage from Sandra in the spa.

Cons: Few very minor issues - broken ladies toilet lock on floor 2, no hot water at rooftop women’s locker room shower, rooftop pool filter didn’t seem to be working- lots of flies in pool. Would be nice to be able to charge everything to room and pay at end of stay rather than pay individually. Free filtered water from lobby and pool bar on floor 2, but not from rooftop bar. Rooftop pool only open at 10am. Floor 2 pool open from 8am but area was still be cleaned and set up until after 10am. All minor but would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Pros: property is new building only 2 years it was clean nice rooms

Cons: this area is new area too much new constractions when you are in pool constraction workers warching you too muc noice some times next future will be more crowed area
