Pros: The facilities and personal were great. Solid value for your money

Cons: We could not modify the temperature of the A/C and the standard setting was way too cold. The breakfast was not the best I’ve had In hotels but the omelette made by request was great

Our family enjoyed our stay

Pros: Loved everything about this hotel. The staff are great and the facilities are very well maintained. We arrived at 06am in the morning and because there was a room available we were allowed to check in without any problems.

Cons: The beach is okay. Not bad but not the best beach in Cartagena.

Pros: Hotel is ok, probably a little expensive for what it is and the location.

Cons: Aircon in room seemed to be either full on or off. Location isn’t great for walking anywhere

Pros: The staff is exceptional. The restaurant is above average.

Cons: The construction and the locals waiting to pounce on you the second you step off the property to go to the beach. Also some of the room furniture is getting a little dated.

Pros: The hotel is right in front of the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and in general the restaurant is great. The place was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay there!

Cons: The staff is doing a great job, but it seems like the hotel needs more staff. Also, it is indeed true you cannot walk at night in the area, so plan around that.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect (near both the airport and the old city), the room was comfortable, breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the pool.

Cons: There should be umbrellas at the pool to provide shade. And towels, bathroom amenities, and bed linens could be upgraded.

Very satisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn.

Pros: We were happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Cartagena- Moros. Restaurant was spacious and spotless. Restaurant staff was cordial and very professional. Breakfast was amazing!!! Excellent food . We will definitely stat at the Holiday Inn on our next trip to Cartagena :) Keep up the good work.

Cons: I didn't like the drink menu at the bar by the swimming pool area. Not a good selection of beers.

Great hotel for relaxing, and not far to the more hectic downtown Cartagena.

Pros: Tranquil hotel, yet not far from the hectic buzz of Cartagena. Staff were so nice and accommodating. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of fruits, juices, cooked options and an omelette station.

Cons: Little wrong with this place. Felt safe and comfortable there.
