Lovely stay.. minor updates needed

Pros: The hotel had multiple zones and areas which made the experience different each day when I would focus on one or more areas. The beach club was really cool and was a walk or a golf cart trip away which made it very convenient. I also enjoyed my spa day and the use of the sauna and steam room. I loved the view from my room. Truly breathtaking especially during sunset. I also really enjoyed the staff and was able to make some good connections with some staffers, who enhanced my experience especially at the bar.

Cons: I really would have appreciated getting a better understanding of what was on offer. An online brochure of all the services, different menus and dining options and overall how to on how everything worked and how to get access to it. I found myself struggling to fully understand what was what and where I could secure certain things. As an example there was no room service menu available in the room so when trying to order I was often told that something wasn't available on room service but rather by the pool etc. If there was a digital or physical menu it would have made my own personal planning better. I would have also appreciated having the sauna or steam room on offer for the whole stay. Even at an additional cost it would have elevated the stay more to be able to do pool, beach, sauna, steam room and spa whenever possible. In general, I would suggest updating and upgrading the breakfast offering. Possibly introducing some traditional offerings to allow internationals like myself some more flavor experiences but also a standard offering that caters large populations (I speak with bias here, I am used to an European and African breakfast offering, so take this with a pinch of salt). Lastly, some of the requests with booking.com and the staff were forgotten which unfortunately was a disappointment especially since the requests were for me as a solo traveler celebrating a milestone.

Luxury and 5 star❤️

Pros: We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon in South America! We couldn’t have been treated better! We got upgraded in our room, Prosecco delivered during our stay, we couldn’t have asked for better! Will definitely keep Dreams in mind for our next resort!

Really nice hotel. We enjoyed a lot the experience!

Pros: Staff super nice and always trying to help. Pools really nice, food really good for a all inclusive hotel.

Cons: The beach area could be more well maintained. Missed restrooms near the pool area.

Pros: The suites are amazing! The food and services is good as well.

Great hotel for families

Pros: - The location was great - Food offering was also great, they could do more with traditional Colombian food but overall very good. - The pools and beach we are also quite good - The Kids club activities were awesome for our 6 and 3 y/o

Cons: - The building is a bit run down, but I guess it had to do with the recent monsoon season - They have a strict visitors policy, to be checked if you plan to meet people there. - The kids pool was out of service

Placentera !!

Pros: Me gusta todo, desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todas las áreas!

Cons: De verdad no tenemos ninguna queja!!

Lindo lugar para descansar

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Muy agradable caminar por los alrededores.

Maravillosa

Pros: Todo. Me encantó, estéticamente muy lindooo, todo muy organizado y muy limpio, la habitación hermosa y muy cómoda, amplia, la comida demasiado rica, excelente relación precio/ calidad, quedamos muy contentas, la atención es muy buena, resuelven rápidamente todo lo que se necesite. Volvería y lo recomendaría 100%.
