Pros: Facilities are amazing. Viewing from the room is great .. Also bar on the last floor is fantastic. Breakfast was super complete and delicious

Pros: Nice hotel, great view, close to many places, beach, mall next door. Big room (Junior suite). Pool area is nice.

Cons: Too cold the lobby and restaurants. Late daily cleaning, no replacement of coffee, asked many times to concierge and asks took ages to be fulfilled. Room service food was mediocre, expired Mayonnaise. They could do much more with a little more touch and attention.

Pros: This hotrl has been one of the best I ever stayed. Amazing hote with amazing rooms, location, cleaness and view. I would come back for sure!

Cons: Sometimes it felt prrsonnel was looking at you like they were annoyed. Not all of them of course. Some of them were exeptionally great in communication and customer service

A lovely hotel, friendly staff a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons: On occasions the lobby was very busy and this impacted the seating areas and bar. We travelled for a wedding so there were a few family members staying at the hotel and we enjoyed sitting together in the lobby to have a relaxing drink. This was impacted when it was busy.

Spacious room, great breakfast, stunning view — everything was perfect!

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely amazing — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel offered a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Location, breakfast possibilities, and option, amazing view from the room, restaurant and 51 SKy. Centre historical is just 10 minutes by taxi. Beach just in front of the hotel, taxi services available.
