Pros: Location is a 10, Staff is a 10, Breakfast an 11. This hotel did not dissapoint. I would stay again.

No Hot Water

Pros: Close to the colonial area of Cartagena and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I only have good things to say about the staff and their service!

Cons: Unfortunately there is no hot water and breakfast is more like a snack.

Muy buena opcion de alojamiento

Pros: Todo, el personal muy amable, rico restaurant, buena ubicacion, limpio, central, esta a 10 minutos caminando de la ciudad amurallada

Cons: Que no salia agua tan caliente y que el desayuno se sirve desde las 7, a veces es muy tarde ya que los tours salen temprano y nos perdimos el desayuno.

Pros: La ubicacion excelente cerca del centro y de la ciudad amurallada.

Cons: Habia hormigas chiquitas.y el placard era incomodo para guardar al tener dos puertas y ser pequeñas era incomodo guardar y sacar ropa.

Excelente ubicación pero el colchón es muy duro

Pros: La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, el sector es muy lindo y tranquilo, queda cerca del centro histórico, de las playas, del centro comercial Bocagrande, donde consigues de todo.

Cons: La cama es demasiado dura, las habitaciones pequeñas y no tiene ventanas.

Muy cómodo

Pros: Está ubicado en un punto muy estratégico, cerca al centro histórico y cerca a la zona turística de Bocagrande. La cama era cómoda, el desayuno más o menos tipo buffet, el personal muy amable.

Cons: Sería genial que pongan armarios para poder guardar la ropa, y bueno el teléfono/intercomunicador de mi habitación estaba malogrado, entonces tenía que bajar s recepción cada vez que necesitaba algo.
